Brief History |

| Ansarco Inc. was established in
1986 basically to provide an opportunity for Muslims in Canada to invest
their RRSP funds and/or direct investments in interest-free business ventures.
Initially, some of these investments include, Halal Chicken Slaughter
Plant, Car ownership plans, operation of a medical and professional building,
operation of a Canada post franchise outlet etc. . .However, currently
in addition to continuation of some of the initial projects, we are now
investing in major land development and construction projects as well
as working towards the establishment of a Muslim long term care home. |

| Allahamdulliah, over a period of 30 years,
Ansarco has evolved into a number of interest-free investment
companies called Ansar Financial Group. |
