| Currently
our RRSP and direct investments
own over 1,500 acres of land in
Calgary, Edmonton and Toronto.
Our 138 acre land development
project in Leduc, Alberta has
completed Phases I and II. All
lots in these phases have now
been sold out and we are now
working on Phase III. |

| Our
Pickering mixed development
project is moving forward and we
are persistently working with
Ministry of Health, City of
Pickering and other regulatory
agencies to establish a Long
Term Health Care Facility (LTC)
which will cater to the need of
the community. |

| The plan for
our Pickering Project is
to build 3 buildings and 11 town
homes. Building 1 will include
retail/commercial units with
office space on the first and
second floors as well as
residential condominiums on the
upper floors( 3rd to 6th) right
on Brock Road. Building 2 will
be seniors' residences,
and building 3 will be our
Long term Health Care Building
next to the scenic Pickering
Village Creek.
